Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
What We Accept

✅ Sale items (excluding final sale)
What We Don’t Accept
❌ Final sale items (clearly marked)
❌ Used, washed, or damaged items
❌ Items without tags or in non-resalable condition
How to Return
- Visit our email us at [email protected] to request a return label.
- Pack your item(s) securely and include the packing slip.
- Attach the prepaid return label (for exchanges or store credit) or use your own carrier (if requesting a refund to original payment method, return shipping costs may be deducted).
Refunds
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
